Lifts Co Sherbanger 22 Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
Appearance: The bag I received had a few mediums and one bigger sized top. Completely iced out mountainous nugs just completely slathered in resin. The resin consistency is more powdery than sticky. When I was handling the flower to take some pictures my fingers were just covered in it. It’s seems as if it’s almost an even mix of green and purple flecks that comprise the coloration. The breakdown was nice and fluffy. It looks well grown but not exactly an eye popper but that’s okay because it’s a knockout in every other department that matters.
Aroma: I knew this gal was a heater right when I popped it out of the vac seal! It’s a Straight up super danky stanky kushy funk with a thick layer of woodsy gas laying on top of it. Underneath that there’s a nice fresh blueberry sweetness. It’s not artificial smelling but more like actual blueberry fresh from some farm stand. When I let all the complexity fade away and it smells slightly mentholated but also a bit sugary at the same time. It’s got a vague meatiness to it that I attribute to the sherb. Overall super pleasant and LOUD nose. This is the kind of weed that would’ve got me busted as a teenager.
Taste/Smokeability: it’s comes across as a blueberry flavored woodsy gas with some stank on it. The earthy meatiness from the sherb comes through strong but it’s also super gassy. Like freshly pumped diesel. This strain has some fruity/sweet aspects to it but it’s definitely more kushy on the profile with nice earthy hints to complement the fresh berry gas flavor. The ash stacks well enough to where it didn’t collapse until more than halfway through the roll. The smoke itself is very smooth but pretty expansive at the same time reminding me of all the good lushes I’ve had over the years.
Effect: Pretty darn strong! This definitely punches harder than most the candy on market these days. I felt it immediately behind my eyes which just radiated with warmth after I finished my roll. It’s almost a headband effect like the days of old. No noticeable dry mouth but my eyes feel about as red as a baboons ass. Munchies are moderate but nothing too crazy. Where this one shines is its ability to just almost completely melt my stress away. It’s been a long day but after smoking this my shoulders relaxed and my mind is certainly more at ease than it was prior. It’s definitely more indica dominant in its effect but it’s pretty versatile. I can tell I’ll sleep well after smoking this but I’d probably wake and bake with it too if I didn’t have much to do that morning.
Overall: I was really excited to try this cultivar. It lived up to all the hype I built up for it in my head which is always nice. This sample in particular was super well grown. These dudes out on the east coast are holding it down when it comes to quality. For all the BS you hear about spray packs and fugazi rerocked runtz in fancy bags there’s people like this putting out true heat. This outfit out of New Jersey has my support. Would definitely recommend you giving this one a try if you like pressure and a great nose. 🤙
