Mendocino Cannabis Alliance members win 18 awards at CA State Fair Cannabis Awards

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE [Mendocino County, CA)] – The California State Fair Cannabis Awards announced the 2023 results on June 22nd:

“With over 250 submissions representing some of the finest cannabis and cultivators throughout California, we are proud to present the 2023 CA State Fair Cannabis Award Winners in Silver, Gold, and the Golden Bear trophies.”

Mendocino Cannabis Alliance celebrates winners of 2023 California Cannabis Awards

Nine MCA members took home eighteen separate awards:

• Happy Day Farms (Outdoor) took home Gold for THCa with their Strawberry Biscotti
• Esensia (Outdoor) took home Gold for Myrcene with their Pixie Dust. Esensia also took home Gold for Terpinolene with their Maracuya as well as two silvers, one for Rose Petal for Terpinolene and another one for Rose Petal for total terpene content
• Heartrock Mountain Farms (Outdoor) took home Gold for CBDa with their Love Laughter
• Martyjuana (Outdoor) took home Gold for Limonene with their Supreme Gelato
• Emerald Spirit Botanicals (Outdoor) took home Gold and Most Unique with their Pink Boost Goddess for a second year in a row
• Greenshock Farms (Outdoor) took home Gold for Ocimene with their Passion Orange Guava. Greenshock Farms also took home Silver for Ocimene with Tropical Sleighride, which is a parent of Passion Orange Guava
• Wood Wide Farms (Indoor) took home Gold for Ocimene with their Dutch Treat
• Higher Heights (Mixed Light) took home Gold for total terpene content, Silver for Myrcene, and Silver for Caryophyllene with their Mendo Crumble
• Family First Farms (Mixed Light) took home Gold for Ocimene with their Black Apple Kush

Mendocino Cannabis Alliance celebrates 2023 California Cannabis Awards Golden Bear Award Winners

Each year, the CA State Fair awards Golden Bear Awards to the highest testing cultivars in each category from all light sources. Heartrock Mountain Farm won the Golden Bear award for CBDa. Esensia won the Golden Bear award for Terpinolene and Green Shock Farms won the Golden Bear award for Ocimene.
