The Funnel Cake has ridiculous bag appeal. Its chunky, gnarly-looking nugs are mostly black and silver from an abundance of darkened leafage and trichrome crystals. Apricot-orange pistil fibers and dark green coloration appears infrequently, providing contrast to the overall exotic appearance of the buds. Breaking the buds open reveals vivid purple pigmentation and even more trichomes 😍 The Funnel Cake has a stupefying nose. The initial profile that creeps out of the jar is earthy, savory, and nutty with a substantial sweetness, like candied caramel, that quietly reverberates through the entire presentation. It has significant layers of pungent gas, piney woodiness, and spiced herbs that provide depth to the elaborate profile. Breaking the flower down releases sweet, sugary dough and earthiness with hints of faint fruitiness 🤤 The flavor on Funnel Cake is just as complex and enchanting as the aroma. It’s gassy, greasy, doughy, and savory, first and foremost. It has a pungent, sweetened earthy forward with notes of almond followed by a funky, gassy backend thats reminiscent of crude oil and coffee. It also has rich, sugary layers of flavor from the Platinum GSC counterbalancing and enhancing the presentation. It’s a sophisticated and delectably toothsome profile that had me smacking my lips after every hit 😋 The effect on Funnel Cake is powerful and soothing. It creates an immediate wave of tingling relaxation that starts in the middle of the head and radiates out. It generates light body feels that slowly envelop the whole body. It’s a confounding and long lasting high that can impair functioning if you’re not careful. The buds are slightly sticky and break down into a fine, soft product that is easy to pack and roll.
