Meatloaf Cannabis Cultivar (“Strain’) Review

Aroma~
The aroma of meatloaf is pretty interesting because it carries a sweet, earthy, and nutty profile. Starting with the sweetness it’s like a deep cocoa sweetness and the earthiness adds a bright fresh aroma to it, then on the overlay there’s a nutty peanut smell that brings everything together. It’s a pungent smell that fills your nose up every inhale.
Flavors~
This strain has a flavor profile that consists of earthy and nutty notes. First of all the smoke is very powerful and expands the lungs to an extreme so if you are a beginner or can’t handle heavy smokes this one might not be for you. The earthy and nutty flavor is most apparent right after the exhale but I do wish the aftertaste lasted longer. The lung expansion is massive and has you taking deep breaths to release the lung pressure that it comes with. If the aftertaste lingered longer this would’ve been an almost flawless flavor profile. To conclude, a earthy and nutty profile.
Effects~
Meatloaf is a Indica smoke that’s potent and will leave you relaxed and blissful. The heavy feeling comes on pretty quickly after the first hit making my thoughts and mind slow down while adding a little sagginess to my eyes. The body high is very nice on this strain as it’s just constantly there with a relaxing buzz. If you’re trying to do anything productive while smoking this I would do it in the beginning because after it settles in fully it’s gonna be too sedating to get things done. If I had to compare this to the other heavy smokes from Ted’s like torta pounder and oxtails I would say this is gonna probably land in third place out of the three just because nothing is beating torta pounder and oxtails is just a crazy intoxicating high that’s a little stronger than this one.
Overall~
What can I say, when it comes to amazing weed that is potent, flavorful, and unique, Ted’s checks these boxes off with ease. With this Meatloaf strain he has added another heavy Indica smoke to his collection that can partner with similar strains such as Torta Pounder, Neckbones, Oxtails, And Swiss Goat Cheese. I would pick this strain up again if I’m looking for an earthy and nutty smoking experience with a heavy high, but with that said if I had all those heavy smokes from Ted that I listed this would probably be the last one I would reach for. Cheers 💨
