Next to review from World Is Yours Exotics is from their Kulfi Ice lineup, currently consisting of three flowers. Starting with Pistachio. With the branding referencing an iced dairy dessert originating from Central Asia. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by a light creamy Gelato earthiness alongside musty notes infused with pine, fuel and chemicals. The buds were of a medium to hard density and had a hybrid structure. They were a shade of medium green alongside hues of purple, with rustic pistils and doused in an almost white layer of trichomes.
Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by a tasty Gelato earthiness with traits of cream infused with a syrupy cherry sweetness, complemented by subdued unintrusive notes of pine and fuel. The taste of this sweet gassy Gelato cross was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, I overall found Pistachio Ice Kulfi to deliver its lineage effectively well, displaying an unexpected but highly enjoyable syrupy sweet backend.
It smoked pleasant, ticking most boxes and with a little further dialling in, can only be further improved and remain a distinctive staple of WIYE’s lineup.
