Trichome Farms Waffle Cone Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

It goes without saying, but the visual appeal on the Waffle Cone is magnificent. The buds are more silver than anything from being totally encrusted in a thick shroud of scintillating trichomes and resination. Dark purple leafage, less frequent green leafage, and metallic orange pistils entwine with the trichomes, completing the astounding visual. Breaking open buds reveals brighter gradients of purple, deep-rooted pistil fibers, and even more opaque trichome coverage 😍 The aroma that wafts out of a jar of Waffle Cone is divine. The profile is the perfect combination of sweet, doughy, and gassy. The main presentation is sugary candy paired with warm chocolate chip cookie dough, all undercut by pungent fuel fumes. The gassiness impeccably compliments and heightens the other parts of the profile. Breaking the nugs down releases hot sugar and gasoline terps, and the ground product smells like a bag of candy 🍬 The taste on Waffle Cone translates excellently. The flavor is mouthwatering, toothsome, and delectable. Layers of sweet creamy sugar, hot fried dough, and heavy petrol fuel paint the tongue after every hit. The gassiness of the profile is slightly more prominent on the exhale, enhancing the overall sharpness of the smoke, while still keeping it sweet and flavorful. Altogether, the profile is reminiscent of freshly baked waffle cone waffers if you dumped kerosene on them ⛽️ The high on Waffle Cone is outstanding and potent. The high slowly wraps around the user after a few hits with a general feeling of relaxation, euphoria, and light head fogginess. I felt alleviation in my shoulders and back after just a couple hits. The flower is sticky and leaves mild residue on the fingers after breaking up by hand. It produces a minor, almost negligible, amount of kief when ground 😶‍🌫️ All in all, Waffle Cone is a superlative strain. The cultivar checks all of the boxes in terms of visuals, smell, taste, high, and overall quality. I would highly recommend this and literally any other flower from Trichome Farms at this point, everything I’ve tried has been phenomenal 🔥
