Creme de Papaya Live Rosin Badder Review

creme de papaya live rosin badder by papa select hash review by reviews_by_jude 2 (2) Appearance: like some gorgeous light colored badder. Just Looking at it in the light you see it’s got a nice terpy sheen to it. Looking at it from the bottom of the jar it reminded me of a blob of frozen lemonade. 🍋 🍹 Right out of the fridge it is pretty stable. To the point where I could crack off a dunk with my fingers without it melting too fast. I had it in my pocket for a little bit and even after it started to melt I was still able took some off with relative ease. I’ve seen a fair amount of good CC and this one is my favorite consistency really workable but not dry in the least just super pliable badder. Aroma: like its namesake you’re getting some of that super strong juicy papaya. Besides the papaya I detect some Georgia peach cobbler with aspects of guava and even some coconut. 🥥 You do get some of that crème brûlée type creamy custardness. That transitions into a citrusy candied lemongrass that is super delightful. Smelling this jar is like aroma therapy for me. I feel like cold cured badders just have really potent nose even right out of the fridge. This isn’t the normal profile I go for but I’ve been wanting a good papaya variant for a while and this one definitely did not disappoint. Flavor/Smokeability: This is pretty fruit forward with ripe guavas, melon, and of course papaya! it’s followed by a fermented spicy funky old school hashy flavor that you don’t encounter too much these days. In addition to that thought is a funfetti cake batter desert type of flavor that coats the tongue. The vapor is velvety smooth. Definitely not super expansive but you can still feel it a bit in the lungs. On the exhale I get kind of a citronella pineyness that I don’t really pull from the smell. It’s a complex profile but not super overpowering. It reminds in that way of some peaches and cream rosin I had from Almora not too long ago. Effect: after ripping this one a couple times a soaring mental high sets in with the quickness! It almost feels like the build up on a roller coaster. 🎢 I feel like this could be paranoia inducing for some but you just have to ride that wave because after you wait about 30-45 minutes it transitions into more of a body type effect that just relieves a lot of aches and pains and just gives you a real mellow affectation. This one has legs for sure. When I first got it I definitely felt the potency and it held its own for over 90 minutes which is a lot for me. Kudos to the breeder because this has almost a full spectrum of effects in my opinion. I really enjoyed it. 🤙 Overall: I was really impressed with this one from Papaselect’s session line. It’s one of their more budget friendly jars but it’s still a great quality for the price point. I’ve been wanting to try papaya for many a moon and I’m glad I chose this one because it just rocks. This rosin has a great flavor but it’s high really is it’s strongest characteristic. I have a decently high tolerance and this one kinda slumps me a bit not gonna lie. I still have motivation to write but not much else. It definitely gives me weekend vibes.
