Appearance/Consistency: Everything from Papa select is just so gosh darn pretty and this is no different. Once you’re done tearing the package open like a trailer park raccoon you’re met with a beautiful puddle of golden translucent bubbly goodness. It kind of looks like a shmear of champagne in a syrupy consistency. It’s really breath taking. I don’t often get fresh press but when I do it always super aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Aside from its movie star good looks the consistency can be kind of shattery fresh out of the fridge but when this warms it becomes an unruly amorphous blob that is really hard to tool off. I usually just break chunks off while it’s still cold and it hasn’t been an issue.
Aroma: It honestly smells like a lemon meringue pie that someone dumped a packet of grape koolaid powder all over it.
Right out of the fridge it’s a bit muted but it definitely comes to life pretty quickly at room temperature. It certainly exhibits a hard candy like sweetness. Almost like an artificial strawberry essence. Aside from all the candy sweetness there is a thin layer of gas underneath it all. It’s subtle but it’s there. Definitely a great profile if you love candy.
Flavor/Smokeability: it’s Super Lemon floral candy forward. The grapes come stomping their way all over the back of my tongue though. Not like trader joe grapes but more like fun dip grape candy powder mix that you get from the 711. Unlike the smell I can evoke a lot more of the pinene citrusy freshness from the OG. There’s a slight doughy cookieness but it’s not a main player in the profile in my opinion. Like good OG’s the vapor is pretty expansive when you take a good rip. It’s not a lungbuster but if you don’t respect her power you may catch a few coughs.
Effect: ok so This rosin hits harder than Mike Tyson in the early 90’s. 🥊 It’s got daywrecker OG properties to me. I didn’t think she was gonna throw down like that but here I am 4-5 dabs deep higher than giraffe tits on top of a Georgie pine. 🦒🌲
It was kind of a creeper. I didn’t feel like it was going to be as strong as it is but by the 3rd dab I was like *phew* but I digress! It comes on strong with heavy anxiolytic properties. It’s not just mentally relaxing but physically as well. All my muscles feel a lot looser than they once were. Especially the muscles in ny jaw. At this point I can barely keep my eyes open. I almost didn’t write this review tonight because this rosin conked me out so much. 😂 If you don’t have Xanax and you have flight anxiety just dab this and you’ll be comatose from LAX to JFK. ✈️ 😴

Had to try the pie hoe because I’ve actually never had it in extract or flower form until today. It might just be one of my new favorites and I wouldn’t hesitate to grab it if I saw it again. 🤙
