Haupia Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

Oh boy oh boy was I excited for this one. I’ve heard so many great things about shopping carts and have just been patiently waiting to get the best batch I could. I was waiting to get a dispo batch but luckily an official rep brought some super fresh batches to the area so I had to try it out. I did try it when it was in the shiny bags last year but don’t remember much. Hype is an understatement when it comes to this strain. Everyone loves it. Let’s see if it’s all talk or all terps. Smell: 9.5/10 oh baby oh baby. Don’t even have to look at the bud and u know it’s gonna be amazing. Imagine the best lemon cherry gelato cut you’ve ever smelled lathered in coconut sunscreen. That is exactly what it smells like haha. Straight candy. I’m already a huge fan of lcg terps but they turned it up the loudness meter to 100 and added a stroke of genius with the coconut. Even ur grandmother will like the smell. Look: 9/10 some of the prettiest buds I’ve seen come from a lcg cross. In my opinion lcg isn’t always the prettiest but they killed this. You can see the traits standing out from both the lcg and 41. They were smaller buds that were super super soft. Fall apart like butter. Dark green with even darker green and purple undertones with bright orange hairs. The colors really remind me of the 41 while the structure is all lcg. The bud looked super greasy on the outside from the terps and the inside was a diamond mine. Such a perfect combo showing off the best traits from each genetic. Smoke: 9.5/10 naaa they mean it when they say tropical vibes. U know how I always say about it tasting how it smells? This tasted even better! Crazy clean smoke that straight tastes like fruit and candy. Still had a little coconut in there too. Ash white as Miley Cyrus. Drip drip dripping. Tasted great the whole way through. Only negative was it wasn’t the strongest high but still very relaxing and enjoyable. Very functional creative high. Cool to smoke if u have shit to do still. Loved this shit. Killing the candy terps in such a unique way. Overall: 9.3/10 the hype is real yall!
