Ice Qwest Strain Review

Qwest is based in Creston Valley B.C., their cannabis is handcrafted from seed, grown in small batches, hand trimmed and use mountain water. This one came in a bit over 23% THC. Ice Qwest is also known as ice cream cake 🍦, a cross of wedding cake (amazing strain) and gelato 33. The dominant terpenes are #limonene, #caryophyllene and #pinene. • When I first got it, I really liked the packaging, the label was unique and I liked the colours but felt the container could have been a bit smaller. The label was not applied properly looking a tad sloppy for a high end product. It smelled citrusy and herbal to me with a bit of sweetness. The buds were tightly packed and appeared a bit dry but covered in crystals. The sparkliest cannabis I’ve seen on the legal market so far. After busting it up, it expanded to a beautiful, fluffy consistency that was perfect for rolling a joint. I felt the effects quickly but subtle, euphoric and so relaxed. • I really enjoyed this strain, definitely a new favourite. I wouldn’t buy it regularly because of the price but sometimes you gotta #treatyoself. I’d use this strain for anxiety and pain relief, muscle relaxation, etc. I have a painfully hard time sitting still and making it through most movies, this strain is perfect for movie nights. After smoking this, I was too relaxed to move. Getting off the couch was a struggle. I consumed via joint and volcano, the taste in the volcano was pretty good.
