SMELL: 9.1/10 FLAVOUR: 8.8/10 SMOOTHNESS: 8.5/10 ASH APPEARANCE: 8.8/10 STRENGTH: 9.1/10 OVERALL SMOKE: 8.8/10 lemon raspberry gelato by cannatique strain review by cannoisseurselections 2.webp Next up from the Cannatique camp is the infamous Lemon Raspberry Gelato, delivering a classic lineage of original candy. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by an enticingly sweet and refreshingly invigorating aroma, displaying a subtle Gelato earthy gas, with dominant notes of pine alongside spicy and citrusy lemon undertones. This uplifting infusion was complemented by sugary sweet notes consisting of raspberries and cherries, with remnants of marzipan. The buds were of a medium to hard density and having a hybrid structure. They were a shade of light green, with messy rustic pistils behind a layer of attractive reddish purple hues and absolutely showered in a thick layer of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell. Delivering a piney, chemical and creamy Gelato gas, with spicy and sourly lemon traits. This sour and piney gas was complemented by a subdued candy essence, displaying notes consisting of lightly sweetened cherries, raspberries and strawberries. An in depth gas begins to develop after combustion, exhibiting notes of caramelised onions, leaving this enjoyable array of flavours retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of very light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing and leaking resinous oil ring. It smoked relatively smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, I was left thoroughly impressed with Lemon Raspberry Gelato, it delivered an extremely enjoyable array of candy gas with unique notes of spice, haze and pine attached. With minimal, if not any dialling in required, LRG will remain a great staple to the Cannatique lineup. lemon raspberry gelato by cannatique strain review by cannoisseurselections
