Strain Review: Louis Z by Brummie Boys x Exotic BRS

Self proclaimed as the best Zkittles in the game, I was very excited to be able to review this next flower by Brummie Boys and Exotic Brs, that being Louis Z. With eye catching branding, being a play on the luxury clothes brand Louis Vuitton. Upon opening I instantly received a rush of an extremely sweet infusion of primarily grapes, alongside a sharp grapefruit backend. This enticing sweetness described was complemented by creamy undertones, delivering an inviting Zkittles aroma. The buds were of a mixed density, having a typical messy Zkittles structure, being a shade of light green, alongside light rustic, messy hydroponic hairs, covering a universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell, delivering an extremely sweet and fruity infusion of grapes and light grapefruit, complemented by a gentle creaminess holding all the flavours together perfectly. Although this sweet taste was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling, I did find it begin to slightly dissipate, causing a somewhat meaty taste start to develop in the background. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring, smoking both smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, as a reference I found Louis Z pretty similar to Superdopes Mega Blue Z. It was a clean rendition of Zkittles, however due to the “best Zkittles in the game” statement, I must be slightly critical in saying that it is a fairly nice Zkittles however not the best. With a little dialling in towards retaining the sweetness, I’m sure LZ can live close to its statement.
