Pie Shake Strain Review

This strain has very solid bag appeal characterized by medium sized chunky neon green nugs coated in thick silver trichrome frosting. Short orange hairs and purple leaves can be seen sporadically across the surface of each bud. Some nugs are more purple in terms of coloration, but most in this batch tend to lean bright green. 🌟 The funny thing about Georgia Pie, is that it doesn’t really smell or taste like peaches or pie. That doesn’t mean it’s bad – quite the contrary. The smell on this strain is skunky, spicy, and gassy with a slight hint of menthol. Cracking open a nug releases a nose tingling burnt rubber aroma undercut by a little bit of sweet lemon candy terps. It left a strong sour lemon smell on my fingers that stuck around for a while 🍬 While I found the smell layered and complex, I thought the taste was more straightforward. It’s mostly sour and gassy with some sweet sweet candy gellati terps on the inhale. It qualifies as, “smack your lips in between hits,” tasty. The strain was sticky to the touch but produced a very mild level of kief when grinding. It was a smooth smoke all the way down ⛽️ All in all this strain is fire. I originally was going to rate it as, “smoke with friends but hoard it as it gets down further in the jar,” but I still haven’t shared this strain after two batches, so I think it’s actually a, “hoard it.” 😂 The smell and taste of the strain are the strong points – the presentation of mostly kush mint terps with some sweet gellati on the inhale is just really enjoyable to smoke. As always, @doghouse_or is one of the best around and provide consistency strain after strain, so I would recommend this as well as others. If you guys are sleeping on these exotics at lower prices, you are missing out.
