Red Bullz has stunning visual appeal. The big, condensed nugs look exotic due to their vivid coloration. The buds are a deep, intense violet color with clusters of scintillating tangerine pistils enfolded in a layer of shimmering trichome crystals. The trichome stalks are short and collect in groups, giving the frosting an abundant appearance in some spots. The buds have some sparse emerald leafage that appears infrequently, framing the unique presentation 😍
The nose on Red Bullz is unquestionably fragrant. The first whiff of the jar reveals a combination of grape and sweet candy. The profile has nuanced layers of grape, citrus, and tropical fruit, all dipped in artificial sugar. The aroma has a thin layer of burning, spiced gas that sits at the periphery of the fruit and candy smell, subtly elevating it. Breaking open the nugs releases gasoline terps, along with more tangible grape and candy notes. The strain leaves a cloyingly sweet artificial sugar smell with a sharp hint of gas on the fingers 🍬
The taste on Red Bullz is outstanding. It’s a straightforward, mostly fruity and sweet presentation, with substantial candied grape flavoring on the inhale. The exhale has more perceptible notes of gas, spice, and a hint of earthiness. The entire profile is marinated in muted sugary candy terpenes, giving it a delectable tang, while still having a mostly fruity forward. The flower leaves an earthy grape aftertaste that sticks on the tongue 🍇
Red Bullz has a solid and effective high. It’s mostly a middle-of-the-road in terms of balance with moderate head feels and some minor cognitive fogginess. It has mild body heaviness and creates an ephemeral feeling of euphoria all over. The flower was soft and dry to the touch and produced a significantly heavy amount of kief when ground up. The kief granules are small, making it powdery in terms of consistency 😶🌫️
All in all, Red Bullz is an exceptional strain. The bag appeal is off the charts, the smell and taste are both enticing and sublime, and the high is gently intoxicating. This is my first flower from So Dope, but I would definitely check out more 🔥
