Strain Review: Seabiscuit by Gotti
Seabiscuit Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
SMELL: 9.2/10 FLAVOUR: 9.2/10 SMOOTHNESS: 9/10 ASH APPEARANCE: 8.9/10 STRENGTH: 9/10 OVERALL SMOKE: 9.2/10 With New York powerhouse; Gotti, setting up in Cali and releasing their Sea Biscuit, which was awarded the winner of Best Overall Flower and Best Tasting Flower of the East Zalympics Cannabis Cup, I felt both excited and privileged to get my hands on this small gem. With the branding appropriately referencing the infamous number one winning racehorse of the 1930’s and 1940’s. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by an enticingly familiar scent reminiscent of Zoap but with an extra added sweetness. Displaying a familar sweet aroma consisting of guava and strawberries, alongside a gentle gas with a blend of distinctive floral and soapy accents. These notes combined are complemented perfectly by an infusion of sweet cherries and grapes with an attached light zesty grapefruit backend. The buds were of a hard density, having a boulder structure, being a shade of medium green with sporadically attractive pink and purple guts, alongside minimal short light rustic pistils, and home to a layered universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly greeted by an extremely sweetened, floral gas. Primarily producing sweet notes of guava, cherries, strawberry and red grapes, alongside a developing gentle gas, with light traits of detergent. This uniquely enticing sweetness, transcended into a pleasant strawberry smoothie backend, which was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of very light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring, smoking both smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, with Gotti’s Sea Biscuit garnering a lot of attention, I can easily see why. Left feeling overly impressed, I found it ticking all boxes, delivering an enticingly sweet and smooth rendition of Zoap, with an added fruity twist. With some great collaborations already underway, SB will most definitely end up in my headstash again very soon.True & unbiased topshelf Cali flower reviews.
