Strain Review: Skywalker OG by Jungle Boys

Not having had Skywalker OG since 2014, I was excited to be able to reminisce and try out Jungleboys rendition of this great strain, boasting a total sum of cannabinoids 42.49%. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by a refreshing infusion of notes primarily consisting of citrusy lemon and chemicals, alongside undertones of pine and rubber. Overall delivering an invigorating unique OG scent.
The buds were of a hard density, having a typical OG structure, being a shade of medium deep green, with messy rustic pistils, and home to a universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by an invigorating floral and sweet Kush influenced gas, infused with citrusy lemon, and a drip of orange alongside chemical and faintly pine undertones. The taste of this unique sweet gas was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of medium to light silver, alongside an oozing resinous oil ring, smoking relatively smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, being an enthusiast of an old school OG, Jungleboys Skywalker did not disappoint. It delivered a refreshingly sweetened chemical, citrus and piney gas and although could have smoked slightly smoother, still ticked most boxes and with a little dialling in, will remain a great staple to the Jungleboys line up.
