Bushwacker Candy Fumez Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review
@bushwacker_nyc’s take on @bostonrootsseedco bred Candy Fumez exceeded my expectations in the NY soil. This Sherbanger x Zkittles cross has been making waves, and I finally got to try it. The aroma is a unique blend of musky, sherb, mustard spice fuel, and herbal zest fragrance. When ground, the sherbanger aroma becomes more pronounced. The visual appeal leans towards Z’s ghetto fabulous presentation. As for the taste, it starts with Z’s candy notes and leaves a lingering hint of OG headband. I detected spicy caryophyllene, sweet blueberry myrcene, and a touch of grapefruit in the flavors. The effects were phenomenal, and the high lasted for about 3 hours. It offered a euphoric experience with medium-level cerebral effects. I encountered “eyes low syndrome” and a slight chest lock on the pulls. The buzz kicked in after about 5-6 pulls, providing an immediate onset. On the inhale, there was a strong fuel taste from Sherbanger, followed by a sweet blueberry candy exhale. The ash report showed a 60/40 ratio of salt to pepper. Overall, @bushwacker_nyc’s Candy Fumez is an impressive debut in cultivating this strain. While the visual appeal might not be the craziest, it’s still Z, so it’s not an issue. The smoking experience was smooth and balanced. The effects and palate stand out the most—the perfect combination of fuel and sweetness in taste is truly memorable. In conclusion, Candy Fumez has earned a spot as one of my go-to strains this year.
