FFxG has striking bag appeal. Its enormous buds are a bright shade of lime green with a contoured silhouette of darkened mauve foliage. Fiery-orange pistils collect in tightly coiled patches that dot surface, presenting a dazzling color contrast. Glimmering trichome frosting shrouds the outside of each colossal nug, covering the surface area with a frosty, crystalline veil 🤩
The fragrance that wafts out of a jar of FFxG is flat out tantalizing. It has a lush, succulent smell that’s composed of mixed berries and grapes with an undercurrent of raw sugar, bitter fruit rind, and cream. The overall profile has this syrupy sweet and teasingly piquant characteristic that entrances the senses on each whiff. Breaking the flower down enhances the fruity fragrances and highlights the dulcet vanilla and spiced diesel gas undercurrent 🫐
The taste on FFxG is phenomenal. The flavor is a fruit medley consisting of grapes, berries, and lemon citrus all drenched in cascade of sugar, creamy vanilla, and petrol gasoline. It’s a succulent, seasoned smoke that becomes increasingly zesty as it burns, singeing the nostrils with a sugary sharpness on exhale. The expression is exceedingly realistic, reminding me of a heavily spiced blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice-cream and a kerosene cherry on top 🤤
The FFxG has a formidable effect when consumed. It’s a heavy, intoxicating high that begins with velvety head pressure and a faint feeling of cognitive distortion. A palpable weightiness slowly diffuses throughout the body, moving across the neck and back and down into the extremities. This cultivar causes couch lock in even smaller amounts, making it a potent choice for medicating. The flower burns smoothly, slowly, and consistently all the way down to the filter 😶🌫️
All in all, I loved smoking through the Forbidden Fruit x Gelato 41. Visually, it’s stellar, the aromatic and flavor profile are straight up tantalizing, and the high hits like a wrecking ball. The expression is a beautiful combination of its lineage with some of the best features from its parents. As always, superb work from Trichome 🔥
