Sour Cocoa Sherbet Sauce Review

The nose is kinda average. Not loud, not light, but it’s a nice profile. The sauce has nice color to it and some decent size gems in it 🧐 The flavor is strong sour citrus creamy gas with some earthy notes 😋 This cured sauce definitely has a little harshness to it but no bad flavor as long as you don’t take the dab too hot (which I definitely did one time while doing this review 😅).
