I love this strain right before bed. The blueberry parent brings a wonderful destressing effect because most blueberry strains present higher levels of linalool than other strains. Linalool is the smell and taste of lavender, and when found in cannabis strains, it produces a noticable calming effect. So, if you can’t turn your brain off before bed, I recommend this strain. Blue cheese is my favorite strain of all time. It’s so hard to find in my state but both UK Cheese and Blueberry are sometimes available. I just smoke a joint of each strain to get the blue cheese high. It’s very relaxing, feels like you’re getting a big bear hug. Very stress-free and relaxed. I love that it works great as a daytime strain even though it’s so “cozy” I still got all my errands done with no problem.
