Strain Review: Oreoz by ReUp Farms
I have a much more modern offering for your reading pleasure today. I grabbed the Oreoz from @reupfarms after a reviewer I like, @sylv_esterstillstoned, gave a batch from a different farm a bad review, so I wanted to see for myself. The farm themselves had been recommended to me quite a bit. It seems like they run a lot of the desserty, Runtzy strains. They grow in soil and do a good job.

ReUp Farms Oreoz Review
This was a really fantastic indica-type smoke. Terps weren’t necessarily the strongest, but it had some nice, sweet chocolate and cream notes. I was really impressed with the bag appeal as well, but I don’t actually put a whole lot of stock into appearance. Some of my favorite weed lacks conventional bag appeal, but I will die on the hill of it being some of the best smoke available. The high was notably sleepy for me. I have bad insomnia that keeps me up all night some nights, but if I didn’t pay attention this shit had me falling asleep. It had this really nice stress and anxiety relieving quality. I can honestly forgive slightly muted terps as long as the smoke is good, the high is enjoyable, and the price is right. This stuff ran me 35 with my medical card, and you can definitely do worse in that price range. Farms like ReUp and @heights.co fully cement in my mind that there just isn’t need for Cookies and that whole Cali mylar scene up here. There are few strains we don’t have access to, and that whole vibe just doesn’t gel with what I think the cannabis scene should look like. We should be trying to aim for more of a farmer’s market model than the corporate direction things seem to be heading. Anyway, you can find ReUp’s stuff at both @thc.pdx, where I got this, and at @naturalwondersoregon. Natural Wonders also does 4g curated tasting flights, so if you’re interested in a big taste of what this farm or a few others have to offer, they’re a good option. I love ideas like that. I think they really paint our industry into a more legitimate light and put us more in line with artisanal beers and spirits. We can learn a lot from those industries as we try to find where cannabis fits into regular society. #thehighestcritic #strainreview #strainreviews #weedreviews #420review #portlandcannabis #OMMP #portlandweedreviews #MMJ #oregoncannabiscommunity #portlandcannabiscommunity #oregonweedreviews #Medicate #oregoncannabis #PNWStoners #PDXcannabiscommunity #pdxcannabis #pdxstoners #cannabiscommunity #cannabisreviewsCheck out more reviews by @pdxstoneman on Instagram!
