Goofiez has stupendous bag appeal. Visually, it consists of a substantial layer of violet, borderline black leafage that’s so encrusted in trichomes the only anatomy that’s distinguishable is the outline of lateral veins on the leaves. It also has some darkened green foliage and frayed patches of burnt-orange pistil hairs. The trichomes are unbelievably profuse with long, bulky basal glands and massive, perfectly matured resin glands 😍
The nose on Goofiez is astonishing. It’s sweetened, tart, fruity, and rich, composed of a menagerie of candy, mixed berries, citrus, and vanilla cream. The aroma has an essential oil-esque depth to it that completely envelops the senses with an artificial tang, reminiscent of actual candy. Breaking the flower open ramps up the presentation into a deep, ambrosial funk remarkable for caramelized sugar, candied fruit, and hints of cacao 🍬
The taste on Goofiez is just as magnificent as the smell. It’s sugary, tangy, and doughy with a faintly acerbic sour fruit quality, kind of like concentrated fruit juice. It has a confectionary, creamy vanilla gassiness that revs up halfway through a joint, generating a more palpable zest to the presentation. It has a palette-staining quality that coats the mouth and provides a stimulating sensation from the first hit. Its a toothsome and tantalizing treat that makes think of starbursts if they were coated in sugar and boiled in simple syrup 🍭
Goofiez has a potent effect. It starts with instant feelings of bliss, cerebral stimulation, and minor distractibility, but the bulk of the high slowly creeps up, enveloping the forehead, shoulders, and back of the neck in a heavy feeling of warmth and pressure. The flower is extra sticky, leaves a resinous residue on the fingers when handling, and burns perfectly to the last hit 😶🌫️
All in all, I loved Goofiez. It checks all of the boxes. It’s a perfect combination of its genetics that will satisfy the sweet tooth for anyone who enjoys a good dessert cultivar. Eugreen knocked it out of the park, absolutely phenomenal work 🔥
