Strain Review: Kashlato by Pressure Pack

Kashlato, by Pressure Pack

I definitely promised I’d start off 2024 with a bang! However, life just didn’t wanna allow me to be great, but here I am in February so we’re off to a start. Starting this year in a different direction with Michigan’s Pressure Pack! Lately,  came across them as they are going through a rebranding. New bags, new batches, same fire nonetheless. I remember when Pressure Pack first hit the streets and they started off on a good note, and with what they’re doing is only cementing that they have good fire on the streets. Peep out my thoughts below in this review for Kashlato! Definitely some fire you don’t wanna miss out on.

Bred by: Pressure Pack (@pressurepack.michigan)

Grown by: House Brands

Genetics: Unknown

Taste: 9/10; The Kashlato definitely had a strong gelato profile with its taste. I loved every second of it, the smell was just as exhilarating as its taste. A gassy smell with a hint of fruit pairs well on this one. What struck out to me getting it again, was the taste and smell which is a high point in me wanting to smoke this once again. The look off the flower is just absolutely jaw-dropping. A really good yield from the packs I’ve smoked. I would consider this your everyday ‘za’. It is definitely a staple to my top smokes for this month so far. I’ve smoked Kashlato at least once every week so far.

The dark and light buds are just very fascinating and the breakdown was just as amazing.

Smoke: 9/10; The smoke on this was pretty killer, I’m not gonna lie. The rebranding and new batches definitely shows what Pressure Pack is capable of doing when it comes to bringing the heat to the streets. Upon first smoke, rolled in a game leaf, I choked so hard I damn near had to give myself a breather, but I continued to smoke.  I smoked it in a Brother Broadleaf, and compared to a Game Leaf, the smoke was definitely far smoother. It’s somewhere in between an evening and night smoke, whether you need to go to bed or have a friendly night session but too much can put you on your ass. You can tell the quality of this grow was taken with extreme care. A great balance between being a choker and being really smooth. Pressure Pack is really changing up the game and giving a name to those who are familiar, and those looking for a top quality smoke. Keep an eye out for the next reviews on Pressure Pack! You don’t wanna miss out.
