I’ve been taking this tincture for almost three weeks now, and I’ve finally found my stride. Trying a new product is always a learning experience. I’m a generally anxious person, so I knew my dose would likely be higher than the recommended dose. Though you can’t really overdo CBD, I wanted to start slow and use the experience to determine the right amount for me. Each morning I’d take my first dose as soon as I woke up and the second dose whenever I started to feel uneasy or stressed, usually around late afternoon. The first week I stuck with the recommended dosing and didn’t really feel a change. Then I decided to take matters into my own hands and tripled my dose and that’s when everything changed. ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Each morning the 30mg dose ushered in a wave of calmness that made me feel in control of my mood and mindset, two things I’d been struggling with. I was also able to focus on my work for hours at a time, something I’d been trying to do for weeks.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Now, you may be wondering…how can she know this works if she’s consuming other things? Admittedly, I’ve been trying other CBD products over the past month, many of which I’ve had positive experiences with.
