Horchata Breath Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

horchata breath by boring glory strain review by pnw.chronic 2 Visually, Horchata Breath is astonishing. The general coloration skews more black and white than green from the dynamic intermingling of darkened purple leafage and opulent silvery trichomes. Pastel-tinted, marigold pistils wrap around the buds, adding a vibrant splash to the exceptionally exotic appearance 😍 The nose on HB is absolutely enthralling. It’s overwhelmingly raunchy and skunky with a fragrance that I would describe as borderline abhorrent in the best way. The scent itself is exceedingly intricate with tangible layers of sweet earthiness, savory umami, cured wood, and toasted nuts. Breaking the flower down emits tantalizing notes of cream, dough, and caramelized sugar, complete with a gassy, petrol-soaked undertone 🤤 The taste on the HB is just as complex and enchanting as the aroma is. It has discernible layers of skunk, sweet earth, and rich, mocha-like, nuttiness, that’s further delineated into notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cocoa. The exhale has a funky vanilla cream flavor that’s both sugary and gassy. A subtle savoriness teases the tongue on each hit and leaves the mouth watering with delectable umami relish 🦨 HB has a remarkably well-balanced effect on it. It leaves the consumer with a tingly, buzzing sensation that slowly envelops the body in diffusing warmth. It’s a physiologically intoxicating high that generates minor cerebral and cognitive effects outside of an overall feeling of relaxation and euphoric mood. The flower is sticky to the touch, stickier when broken down, and produces a moderate amount of kief. It combusts evenly, with a smooth draw and a slow burn down to the last hit 😶‍🌫️ All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed the Horchata Breath. It’s a rich, robust, and incredibly smooth smoke. It has the raunchy, gnarly profile that “breath” strains are known for, but with the delectable, candied cream and burning kerosene features the Horchata brings into the lineage. The resulting combination is this funky, sweet, and electrifying expression that had me coming back for hit after hit. Phenomenal work from Boring Glory 🔥
