Got to try some of Heartrock Mountain Farms’ Love Laughter strain, which is a 22:1 CBD:THC type 2 cultivar and a prime example of beautiful bud bred and grown in the Emerald Triangle. It’s been featured as part of Solful’s handpicked line of primo sungrown buds from the Emerald Triangle. Love Laughter Cannabis Cultivar (Strain) Review

Smells tangy like some lemon zest in water somewhere in its transition from alcohol to acetic acid. It’s a little bit lemon hazey precursor-like but that’s also the smell that people associate with CBD cultivars. Underneath though, is a ripe sweetness that isn’t fake candy, but hits like dried candied fruit. Specifically, haw flakes. It’s fruity and floral and one person I gave it to felt impacted just from the smell alone. I’ve always loved type 2 cultivars, and haven’t been able to find them. For a few years, I used to cut every bowl of “marijuana” with some CBD rich hemp for a more full spectrum high. I know for sure that my endocannabinoid system prefers cannabinoids in concert, not by their lonesome as you find in the disposable distillate vapes. This is a 22:1 CBD:THC cultivar. 1% THC only. The first feeling that I felt after taking a toke? Centered. The “high” is clearheaded, but has just enough of the hint of a slap across the face. As calm as the head high was, the body high was even more noticeable. The best parts of the feeling of melting into a couch, while still sitting upright. Relaxation seems like such a plain word in comparison to this mellow high. Perfect for my wake and bake. This Love Laughter makes me feel ready for whatever life has to throw at me.
