BLACK RASPBERRY GELATO

With Black Raspberry Gelato being a classic to Cannatique’s lineup, consisting of an interestingly unique lineage, I was pretty excited to be able to try this authentic drop out. Upon opening I was instantly greeted by sweet and floral notes of raspberry, subdued pink lemonade and goji berries, alongside undertones of an earthy and creamy Gelato with spicy and pine overtones. The buds were of a medium to hard density and having a hybrid structure. They were a shade of light green, with sporadic rustic pistils behind a layer of dark purple hues and absolutely coated in a layer of almost white trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell. Delivering a pleasant creamy Gelato, with traits of fuel, pine and carbonated citrus, complemented by an enticing sweetness consisting of raspberries and cherries. The taste of this sweet gas is retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing and leaking resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, I was left overly impressed, finding Black Raspberry Gelato to be an enjoyable uniquely tasting sweet Gelato. It ticked most boxes and with minimal dialling in required, will remain a strong staple to Cannatique’s lineup.
