With Burning Rope Pharms being one of the top cultivators in the game, I was excited to get my hands on this small drop of the classic Tahoe OG. Upon opening I instantly received a rush of memorable refreshing notes consisting of pine, faint eucalyptus and rubber, alongside a chemical essence with light citrus undertones displaying the infamous OG genetics. Smelling somewhat reminiscent of Cherry Pie. The buds were of a hard density, having a boulder structure, being a shade of light green, with messy rustic hydroponic hairs, and absolutely showered in trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was overcome by notes translating from the smell, displaying notes of pine, alongside subtle chemical and sour citrus traits with an extremely faint sweetness. Overall delivering a pleasant gassy OG, which is retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light to medium silver, alongside a dripping and oozing resinous oil ring, smoking both smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, it is always a pleasure being able to smoke hard to come by classic strains, such as Tahoe OG. Brining back memories, I found this flower refreshingly different compared to the newer crosses, and as expected, it ticked all the boxes and smoked well. Recommended for OG enthusiasts.
