Gas No Brakes White Runtz Review

Not my favorite photos ever (I missed every good daylight opportunity) but I had to pay homage to this beautiful GasNoBrakes White Runtz nonetheless. 𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕖𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕖: My 3.5 of White Runtz consisted of three spade shaped nugs which were tightly packed and dense yet surprisingly pliable upon handling. Now, I’ve definitely seen other White Runtz with more of a purple complexion, whereas this cut has only a peppering of violet, like cheetah print, across the exterior. Coincidence or not, White Runtz is aptly named for an incredibly resinous coating of trichomes, like a donut-style glaze over each bud, contrasted by long ginger orange pistils. ℕ𝕠𝕤𝕖: Undeniably “Runtz” from the moment the bag was opened, GNB’s White Runtz nose has a ripe, fragrant, and tangy, Z terp heavy nose. It’s a simple, but tantalizing blend of sweet and sour candy, citrus and orange juice, and sharp floral, perfumey paint thinner. On the grind, a syrupy and funky sherbet aroma begins to permeate the room. 𝕊𝕞𝕠𝕜𝕖: White Runtz inhale is sweet, creamy, tangy and gassy. High octane diesel fumes meets tart, lemon and pineapple italian ice with each inhale. White Runtz is arguably more akin in flavor to actual gelato (the dessert) than its parent. On the exhale, you’ll notice some skunk, gas and some spice and cookie terps, but it’s a crisp, apple cider zest that really stands out. 𝔼𝕗𝕗𝕖𝕔𝕥: White Runtz sends some pressure right to the head, but the full array of effects don’t kick in for another 5-10 minutes. You know it’s hit when you feel flush in the cheeks, and a slight tingle and subsequent loosening down the back and spine.
