Good afternoon to all you lovely people out there! I hope you all had a great weekend and that your week is off to a good start. Today we have another delicious batch of ‘Alien Cookies’. It’s my second time getting this strain in; sorted out once again by the legend @starpackz_se 🙌🏻 Originally bred by @jaws_genetics this Indica-dominant hybrid isn’t the most easy to get hold of regularly, so when the opportunity comes to get some then you’d better take it! The aroma is a delightful and comforting blend of those familiar ‘GSC’ terps combined with a deep Earthy tone and a hint of vanilla. The genetics from the ‘Dawg’ side of the lineage slowly creep into the mix the longer you smell it, rounding it all off quite nicely. As I sparked it up I immediately had the opposite experience that I had with the aroma – I firstly tasted the unmistakable ‘Alien Dawg’ characteristics of pine and slightly gassy kush notes ⛽ As the joint burned along nicely I started to get more and more of the sweeter ‘GSC’ notes and subtle hints of vanilla coming through on my palate, leaving a pleasant aftertaste in my mouth. The effects of this strain were very well balanced and a bit of a creeper too – after half the joint was ash I felt a good amount of relaxation come over me. By the time the whole thing was smoked I was practically ready for bed 😴 As before, I really enjoyed having this strain in – it offers a delicious flavour and a pretty intense body high that’ll have you in a state of couch-lock for a good while.
