Big Smooth Strain Review

Back with another review courtesy of FlowerBomb DC and this time we are seeing if their Big Smooth impresses. Historically, I’m not the biggest C&C fan, but Big Smooth is known for its blueberry pancake like flavor so I couldn’t resist. Big Smooth boasts a chunky, dense and close-packed structure, a single three gram nug is only medium sized given the buds tight and compact nature, but punches way above its size. The snap and pull when breaking these buds and trichomes apart demonstrates the quality of the grow. Big Smooth possess a vibrant exterior dominated by dark amethysts and harlequin green with sunrise orange pistils laid out across the surface. Breaking Big Smooth apart, the nose that arises is best defined as a funky berry punch with a slightly sour, earthy skunk and a whiff of a sweet cheese. Of course, that strain truly lives up to its name with its smoke. It takes a few hits to fully digest the smooth flavor, but it’s nutty, vanilla and doughy, courtesy of its Cookie based lineage, piney, with a blueberry jam note that really explodes on the backend. However, there is also a familiar citrusy OG-like gas to each hit of Big Smooth, unexpectedly satisfying my desires for that classic terp profile. It doesn’t take long for Big Smooth to begin to take effect. Almost instantly upon the inhale, a cerebral pressure starts to slowly build in intensity and expand throughout my head, and sitting right behind my eyes. At the same time, the physical sedation is palpable, emptying the body of all stress and mileage and promoting intensive relaxation, though not quite at the level of couch-lock.
