From enjoying most of the recent releases from the collaboration between Kush 4 Breakfast, Johnny Dankco and Archive Seeds, I was interested to see how their highly rated I12 fared. Boasting an interesting lineage with in-house genetics.
Upon opening I instantly received light notes of peanuts and menthol infused with faint sweet notes of cherries and cream, with subtle remnants of pine and marzipan. A pungent deep centered creamy, earthy and gassy influenced Gelato 41 complemented this enticing concoction, introducing notes, of fuel, chemicals and hazelnut. The buds were of a hard density, having a hybrid and Gelato influenced structure. They were a shade of light green, alongside light rustic pistils and absolutely coated in a universe of trichomes.
Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by an refreshing nutty and minty gas, with a harboured faint sweetness. Delivering mild earthy and spicy notes, with faint traits of peanuts, chemicals and menthol, alongside a creamy fuel induced pungent Gelato influence.
This uplifting gas was complemented by a very subtle sweetness reminiscent of cherries and subtle marzipan. The taste of this mildly sweet gas was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of almost white to very light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, despite I12’s taste not being overly to my personal preference, I found it to undoubtedly exhibit all of its lineage effectively. It smoked well, ticking most boxes and with minimal dialling in required will be a great choice for enthusiasts of primarily Do-si-dos and similar crosses alike.
