Hash Review: OGZ Rosin by NorCal Organix x West Coast Alchemy

My First Nor Cal Organix Collab comes out swinging. I really love the genetics behind this cross, as SFV is my favorite og & it really brings that forth, with the Zkittlez mixed in perfectly. The jar opens up to a dark honey colored tan but glowing with amber gold, and has white terp speckles & swirls & a greasy shining surface. The rosin has that classic zkittlez type consistency, super saucy, waxy, & buddery, with gnarly land slides of viscous terp juices sliding away from the main mass, it whips thick & creamy, but is moist and semi-viscous, so it has a taffy like stretch, & the scoops hang off the tool like waxy tails of cake batter. The nose Terps are perfect, leading with gassy earthy herbal lemon pine kush, with a sour-chem-diesel burnt skunk fuel backing to it. Behind it, but almost equal to it, is The zkittlez- flexing its hardcore sugary candy terps, lime-salt pungency, grapefruit lemon candy fuel with a grape, berries, floral undertones with small touches of the freezer burn citrus fuel. The way the pungency of the candy mixes with the pungency of the gas reminds me of a pungent rainbow belts w/o the cookie terps. Raw Gas, Raw Candy. The vapor flavor flexes it’s lime salt pungency, with sugary rainbow candy florals, & freezer burn grape-orange citrus fuel underneath, but the sour-dank gassy OG kush pinesol cleaner profile really gets emphasized in the vapor, adding an intense lung pressure with its earthy herbals & sour-chem diesel gassy funk powering through the flavor with a sweet sugary candy fuel twist. The powerful gas is a little heavy on the throat during the exhale but is smooth with clean, sweet, pungent, candy Z flavors behind the intense kush gas for the majority of the draw. The effects are heavy, strong, & long lasting, it starts with a nice intense rush, but 20 minutes later that heavy headband and low-red-dry-eye over takes the buzz with a hefty couch lock for an extended duration of 4+ hrs before eventually leading to munchies & a GREAT sleep session.
This jar was a banger. It was fully flavorful with plenty of Z candy, but that gassy og kush profile pulls through, making it a perfect combination of the 2. The effects are some of my most favorite, I really love how powerful the relaxing body buzz is, and the low-eye headband pressure is deep, and satisfying. The vapor had that gnarly expando lung I love so much that really makes the dab hit you hard asf and gives the potency a head start on you. But overall that candy z still poured through the flavors epically, with that sour-chem diesel / og kush really gassing up Vapor. The rosin itself was clean & beautiful and the nose was loud with unique candy gas terps. All around an all star jar I think i still like the Zkywalker more when it comes to these kind of profiles, as I think the Z Was more dominant in that one, but this one was epic, scoring above 9.6 easily. Big shout out to @aslowz for the prime access on the a1 exclusives.
