With Baller Bibi being another collaboration of many more to come between World Is Yours Exotics and The Baydestrians, I was excited to see how their living soil rendition of Gelato 41 and Biscotti fared.
Upon opening I was greeted by a mildly sweet and pungent infusion of chemicals, hazelnuts and fuel, alongside earthy, creamy and nutty traits, exhibiting its Biscotti and Gelato lineage effectively. The buds were of a hard density, having both a boulder and hybrid structure.
They were a shade of medium green with sporadic violet guts, alongside thick orange rustic pistils and absolutely doused in trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was overcome by a savoury and mildly creamy gas, delivering notes of hazelnut infused with fuel and chemicals, alongside earthy undertones with traits of vanilla and almonds.
This familiar pungent taste was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous dripping and oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean.
To conclude, I found Baller Bibi to be a pleasant rendition of two great strains, with traits of the lineage being very apparent delivering an enjoyable savoury pungent gas. Despite the genetics naturally fading with time as they do, BB definitely out performs a lot of well known competitors and with a little further dialling in hopefully can be brought to its full potential and remain a great choice for those desiring a potent gassy smoke with sedating effects.
