Strain Review: Punani by Excelsior Extracts

It’s 2020 and its a new decade so I decided to set it off with a east coast brand that was crushing every strain I laid my nose on at @the_harvest_cup but this particular strain stuck out to me with its unique scent and strain name..who doesnt like a little punani????? Excelsior extracts are based out of maine and are growing some of the most fire cuts I saw at the cup, their story is quite a wild one and ill go into it slightly. At one time these east coast rebels were on the run living under false names, they did their time and entered the industry, had their genetics stolen from them and threatened, and despite the negativity they kept pushing onward and then came the birth of excelsior extracts which come from the man himself Stan Lee, without further ado lets kick it off with this wonderous night time mistress.
Appearance – This product came packaged in a nice clear glass jar with a subtle logod sticker slapped on, the lettering was a little small where it had the brand name on the label and would be hard to read from a distance or if you were unfamiliar with them you might end up missing out but overall nicely packaged. As soon as you spin the lid off your staring at this incredibly frosty trich smoothered beauty, this bud throw out earth green mixed with pine greens and was covered with pools of a deep lavender purple spaced throughout the entire nugget, just absolutely mouth watering.
Smell – This cut of the strain had such a unique musk from the moment your nose hit the jar, there are so many flavors that pour from this plant and it is really hard to put your finger on it. A smooth creamy sugary lavender purple odor fills my nose on the first sniff, as I gave it another whiff the flavor gradually meets with a piney peppery earth scent almost like a perfume of some sort, it is absolutley of the charts!
Taste – As soon as i inhaled my mouth was filled with a thick smooth creamy smoke that was very expansive once it hit my lungs, the flavor was a mix of sweet sugary gas with that smooth lavendar purple taste and the exhale was just as smooth. A very pleasant indulging toke!
We give this Punani a 5+++++ star rating and would gladly smoke this or any of @excelsiorextracts products anytime, just 🔥 throughout, but we would recommend a bigger script for the label, Thank you everybody for reading and we’ll see you sunday for a local review of Tangie x Blaze by @pleasant.living.gardens, stay safe out there everyone and stay medicated!!!!!!!!
