Strain Review: True OG by CAM
Cam – True OG
Lineage/Genetics: OG Kush
Indica or Sativa: Indica
Original Breeder: Elemental Seeds
Grower: CAM
I needed a good OG for the body so I went with this new brand. Packaging was coo, that woodgrain is a nice touch. But I’ve not heard of these folks so it was a risk given the ticket price for the level.
1. On the nose: Earthly pine, an ever so slight sour zest brings my nose back to memories of being too stoned on the couch. Sign me up. Kinda caught a musky tone too so I figured rehydration might be in store.
2. Nugs droop then flop off the stem. Bulbous lil dudes. Smalls for sure but smell great. Red hairs on top of dark green with lighter leaf matter buds. These are topped like snow capped mountains; white with trichomes.
3. Hand breaking: breeze. The first two sessions of using this tree was all by hand to get full smell and feel. But since then I’ve used the grinder esp after using the orange peel.
4. Bong time. First big hit and it is uplifting, dense, and pine. Took maybe a full min to hit and then about 20 mins in to get my lazy/don’t wanna do anything vibes.
5. Would recommend, little harsh on the bong but to be expected.

First impressions are that I’m a lil sketched out by this brand. Never heard of them but being adventurous, I grabbed it. Getting home, I noticed the QR code scanned it and it gave me the club but no test data. The website also sent me to a camera shop.

Ticket was at the top end but the THC was low 20s so I’m not sure what to make. If you notice the video on the last slide, the QR code shows a website for a camera shop in Sacramento, not this club or their Weedmaps page (Weedmaps Lol oops! 😂🤔😭) but I think, (think is the key) that they didn’t set up the last part of their QR code. I should google the actual test results to locate a COA but haven’t as of yet.
